The first common failure is unstable dosing flow and inaccurate metering. The main reasons include pipeline back pressure instability, check valve blockage, diaphragm aging and damage, and unreasonable digital parameter setting. The troubleshooting method is as follows: first check whether the outlet pipeline back pressure is stable, install a back pressure valve if necessary; disassemble and clean the inlet and outlet check valves to remove internal impurities and dirt; check the diaphragm for deformation, aging and damage, and replace the diaphragm in time if abnormal; recalibrate the digital stroke and frequency parameters to ensure consistent set flow and actual flow.
The second common problem is no liquid output or low liquid output. This failure is mostly caused by pipeline blockage, air accumulation in the pump cavity, inlet pipeline leakage and insufficient liquid level. First, check whether the inlet pipeline is tightly sealed to avoid air inhalation; open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air inside the pump cavity to ensure full liquid in the pump body; clean the inlet filter and blocked pipeline to ensure smooth liquid inhalation; check whether the liquid level of the dosing tank is too low, supplement liquid in time, and avoid no-load operation of the equipment.
The third abnormal condition is equipment abnormal noise and vibration. Long-term vibration will affect the stability and service life of the equipment. The main causes include unstable installation base, loose pipeline connection, excessive working pressure and abnormal electromagnetic coil operation. It is necessary to fix the equipment base, tighten the pipeline interface bolts, adjust the working pressure to the rated range, and check whether the electromagnetic coil is aging and faulty. If the coil is damaged, replace it in time.
In addition, the digital system may have alarm faults such as over-pressure and overload. When the system alarms, first stop the equipment for inspection, check whether the pipeline is blocked and the load is over-limit, eliminate pipeline faults, and restart the equipment after resetting the digital parameters.
